Specifications: The size of a 2CT and 3CT equivalent heart centre stone measures at 8mm and 9.5mm respectively. Width of band is 1.8mm and 1.9mm respectively.

Clean it weekly by soaking in lukewarm water with mild dish soap for 5 minutes, then gently scrub with a soft-bristle brush.
