We take absolute pride in our rings and jewellery and promise you a life of durability of the products. With normal use and proper care, Eclat by Oui's rings should not chip or even lose a stone. However, in an unfortunate event, if the stones do fall out, please drop us an email. Don't worry, we will take it on from there.

Eclat by Oui offers one-time complimentary resizing and 4 types of warranty:

• One-time complimentary resizing
• 4 types of warranties:

1. 6 or 12 Months Limited Warranty
2. Lifetime Limited Warranty (After 6 or 12 months)
3. 3-Years Extended Warranty (optional: for Lab Grown)
4. Lifetime Cleaning Warranty

6 or 12 Months Limited Warranty

(6 months for Diamond Simulant; 12 months for Lab Grown Diamond)

• We provide 6 or 12 months off-site limited warranty for all our products from the date you receive the item.
• All repair costs (labour and parts) will be borne by us at no charge to you.
• Customers with Singapore & Malaysia addresses only need to pay for the postage to us; we will take care of the return postage.
• Customers with other international addresses (excluding Singapore & Malaysia) are required to pay for both the postage to us and the return postage.
• Alternatively, please bring it down to our store at 313@somerset.
• This limited warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover regular wear and tear, improper care, damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect or failed repair attempts.
• If there is a manufacturing defect, kindly send us an email with at least 2 photos of the defect.
• If we determine that the product is caused by a manufacturing defect, we will repair the item or if deemed appropriate, replace the item.
• However, if we determine that it is not caused by a manufacturing defect but due to wear and tear, we will repair it at a flat service fee of SGD $55 or $95.
• For Lab Grown, it does not cover replacement of diamonds. Replacement of one pave diamond costs $20-$50, depending on size.
  • The discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, make-up, immersion in pools and hot tubs, or bathing.
  • Prongs catching, wearing out, or bending over time due to everyday wear or normal damage, allowing a gemstone to fall out.
  • The loss of a gemstone caused by damage from everyday wear or from other damage.
• Some examples of common jewellery issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include:
• Repairs will take approximately 3-5 weeks, depending on the severity of the damage.

Lifetime Limited Warranty (After 6 or 12 months)

(6 months for Diamond Simulant; 12 months for Lab Grown Diamond)

• After 6 or 12 months, we provide Lifetime Limited Warranty for all our products.
  • For Lab Grown, it does not cover replacement of diamonds. Replacement of one pave diamond costs $20-$50, depending on size.
• This means that if there is any damage to the jewellery for any reason, we will repair it at a flat service fee of SGD $55 or $95.
• All other additional repair costs will be borne by us.
• Customers with Singapore & Malaysia addresses only need to pay for the postage to us; we will take care of the return postage.
• Customers with other international addresses (excluding Singapore & Malaysia) are required to pay for both the postage to us and the return postage.
• Alternatively, please bring it down to our store at 313@somerset.
• Repairs will take approximately 3-5 weeks, depending on the severity of the damage.

Lifetime Cleaning Warranty

• To preserve the beauty and lustre of Éclat by Oui's jewellery, we strongly recommend customers to clean their jewellery once a week.
• For immediate remedies, you can use a soft toothbrush with dishwashing liquid and water to gently brush the jewellery.
• Avoid harsh chemicals such as hairspray, lotion, chlorine and bleach. Just like any fine jewellery, it can damage the surface of the ring.
• If you would like your jewellery to be cleaned professionally by us, simply drop us an email and we will clean your jewellery, at no charge at all.
• We provide complimentary lifetime cleaning for all our jewellery.
• Customers with Singapore & Malaysia addresses only need to pay for the postage to us; we will take care of the return postage.
• Customers with other international addresses (excluding Singapore & Malaysia) are required to pay for both the postage to us and the return postage.
• It will take approximately 3 weeks to receive the item back if you are mailing it to us.
• Alternatively, please bring it down to our store at 313@somerset and it will take around 10-15mins.
