Éclat by Oui's non-reloadable electronic Gift Cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
After receiving the Gift Card email, just forward it to the recipient. If the full value of the Gift Card is not completely used up in an order, the balance may be used for a future purchase, up till the validity date. Besides, more than one Gift Card can be combined and used in an order.
- This is an electronic Gift Card, not a physical card.
- Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

All our diamond simulant jewellery are crafted from 2 types of precious metals:
- Premium 925 sterling silver with 3 microns of 18k gold plating (gold vermeil), or
- Solid 14k/18k gold

Our products are 100% nickel-free and hypoallergenic.
As with all fine jewellery, your Éclat by Oui piece deserves proper care. To preserve its lustre, avoid contact with harsh chemicals such as lotion, chlorine, and perfume.
Clean it weekly by soaking in lukewarm water with mild dish soap for 5 minutes, then gently scrub with a soft-bristle brush.
