How to Measure Your Wrist
You will need:
1 x long rectangular paper strip
1 x ruler
1 x pen
1 x tape
Step-by-Step
- Using the pen, draw an arrow on the top of the paper strip.
(This is to show the starting point of your wrist measurement.) - Take a piece of tape and tape it to both ends of the paper strip.
- Holding the paper strip end with the arrow, paste it on the wrist you want to measure.
- Curl the paper strip around your wrist. Do not pull the paper strip too tightly.
- Curl the paper strip until you are able to stick the other end on your wrist.
(The paper strip should not be tight but it should sit nicely on your wrist.) - At the first overlap, use a pen to make a mark on the paper strip.
(The line should be clear and straight.) - Remove the paper strip from your wrist.
- Take a ruler and pen, and elongate the mark on the paper strip.
- Align the paper and tape with the ruler, with the arrow end starting at ‘0’ on the ruler.
- You can now obtain your wrist measurement*.
*(For a more comfortable fit, add 1cm to this wrist measurement.)
