How to know if I already have an account?
What’s the difference between my Éclat account and my Shop account?
Your Éclat account: Refers to your account with us, where you can access the Éclat Rewards Program to earn and redeem points.
Your SHOP by Shopify account: Powered by SHOP and is designed to make your shopping experience more seamless, including a faster and easier way to log in and check out.
Note: Having a SHOP by Shopify account does not necessarily mean you already have an Éclat account, and vice versa.
SCENARIO 01
I already have an Éclat account
- You don't need to create another Éclat account.
- Simply log in using the email address associated with your existing Éclat account.
- You will be prompted for an OTP, which will be sent to your email address.
- As part of our updated login experience, a Shop account will be automatically created for you.
- Your existing Éclat Points will still be reflected, without any changes.
SCENARIO 02
I have an existing Éclat & SHOP by Shopify account using the same email
- Proceed to log in using the same email address associated with both accounts.
- You will be prompted for an OTP, which will be sent to your email address.
- Your accounts will be connected through the updated login experience.
SCENARIO 03
I have an existing Éclat & SHOP by Shopify account using different emails
- If you click "Continue with SHOP", you might end up creating a new account.
- The system may be unable to recognise that you already have an existing Éclat account.
- You may start accumulating Éclat Points from scratch under the new account.
- We recommend logging in using the email address registered to your existing Éclat account.
- If you forget the email address used, try searching for your past email confirmations or contact us for assistance.

What if I used different emails for my past purchases?
One email represents one account. If you have used different emails for your past purchases, each email will be treated as a separate account.
We are unable to combine/transfer Éclat points from separate accounts.

Where can I find out how many points I have?
1. Log into your account and click on the launcher (gift icon at the bottom right of the page) to open the rewards panel.
2. A panel showing your Éclat points will appear on the right side of the web page.
Redeem
How to redeem points?

Take note
- Redemption can only be made in multiples of 500 points.
- There is no cap on the amount of points that can be redeemed each time.
- Points do not expire.
- Points can be redeemed online and in-store.
- Points cannot be redeemed together with other Promo Codes.
- Points can be redeemed with Gift Cards.

Redeeming points ONLINE
METHOD 01
Rewards Launcher
STEP 01
Click the Eclat Rewards launcher at the bottom right of the page, then select "Ways to redeem".
STEP 02
Select "Order discount", choose the number of points using the slider, then click "Redeem".
STEP 03
Apply the discount code to your cart or copy it for use during checkout.
METHOD 02
Loyalty Hub
STEP 01
Log into your customer account and open the "Loyalty Hub".
STEP 02
Under "Spend Eclat Points", select "Redeem". Enter the number of points and calculate your discount.
STEP 03
Confirm the redemption, then copy the discount code for use during checkout.
Your redeemed discount code will be saved under "Your rewards" in the Loyalty Hub.
Channel 02
Redeeming points IN-STORE
- Inform our sales assistant of your account email address and the number of points you wish to redeem.
- The discount will be applied to your purchase and your points balance will be updated immediately.
Do not click "Redeem" in your online account if you wish to redeem your points in-store.
Birthday
Where can I enter/edit my birthdate?
Note: You will not get points for your birthday this year if you enter a date that is in the next 30 days. Your points will be rewarded the following year on your birthday.
1. Log into your account and click on the launcher (gift icon at the bottom right of the page) to open the rewards panel.
2. Click on "Ways to earn".
3. Beside 'Celebrate a birthday', click on "Edit Date".
Review
How to submit a review?
A few days after your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email inviting you to review your purchase. Click "Write a review" in the email to begin.
STEP 01
Select your rating from 1 to 5 stars.
STEP 02
Enter your review in the "Review content" field and add a Review Title, then click "Next".
STEP 03
Enter your Email address and Display name. You may also choose to post your review anonymously. Then click "Next".
STEP 04
Upload a photo with your review.
A photo must be included in your review to earn 500 Éclat points.
Once your review has been submitted and verified, you will receive an email informing you that 500 Éclat points has been credited to your account.
You can also view your updated point balance in your rewards panel, by clicking on the launcher at the bottom right of the page.
