  1. Can I get my order immediately at the Pop-up store?

      No, we will not be carrying in-stocks.Your ring / jewelry will still take 3-4 weeks to arrive after full payment is made.

       

      It is not quite possible to be fully stocked as there are close to 30 ring designs and each design is available in 2 or 3 different carat sizes, plus we have 10 different ring sizes.
          1. Why does it take so long?

              Each item is exquisitely made by our master craftsmen in Hong Kong. I am sure you would appreciate that it takes time to produce a piece of high-quality Éclat by Oui jewelry. We take absolute pride in offering you the best.
                  1. In that case, what can I expect from the Pop-up store?

                      You can think of the Pop-up as a small showroom, where customers can try on different ring designs.

                       

                      You can opt for self-collection or delivery.

                       

                      1. Will I have to wait to be served?

                          Our staff can only serve one customer at a time. As you probably know, it is difficult to find retail staff nowadays so we could be understaffed at times. Of course, we will do our best to roster more staff during peak timings and weekends.

                           

                          With that said, in the event that we are unable to attend to every single customer, we seek your kind understanding and patience to wait a while for you to be served. :)

                           

                          1. Will seasonal pieces be on display?

                              Yes, certain pieces will be on display. However, purchases cannot be made until they are released for sale. 
                                  1. Can I request for a refund after I have completed my order?

                                      Please note that all item(s) sold are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
                                          1. What warranty does Éclat by Oui offer?

                                              We provide 3 types of warranties:
                                                • 6 Months Limited Warranty
                                                • Lifetime Limited Warranty (After 6 months)
                                                • Lifetime Cleaning Warranty

                                                1. When does the Pop-up store end?

                                                      It will end in March/April 2020.
                                                      Exact date will be announced nearer to date.

                                                          Sizing

                                                          1. I do not know my ring size. Can I go to the Pop-up store to find out my ring size?

                                                          Yes, our staff will use the ring sizer to help measure your ring size.

                                                           

                                                          1. If I find that my purchased ring / bracelet is not the right size, what can I do?
                                                          We offer all Éclat by Oui customers a one-time complimentary resizing.
                                                            • Do note that Rare Sizes are not eligible for a one-time complimentary resizing. (Rare Sizes: US3, US3.5, US4, US9, US9.5 & US10).
                                                            • There will be a resizing fee of $50 if there is a need to resize from any Rare Sizes.
                                                            To claim a one-time complimentary resizing service, please:
                                                              • Email us (contact@eclatbyoui.com) within 14 days upon receiving your merchandise. You will be given resizing instructions and a return address.
                                                              • Or, bring it down to our Pop-up store within 14 days upon receiving your merchandise.
                                                              1. Can I bring my ring / bracelet to the Pop-up store to get it resized?
                                                              Yes, please bring it down to the Pop-up store within 14 days upon receiving your merchandise (with full packaging).

                                                               

                                                              Resizing will take around 3 weeks.

                                                               

                                                              Please note that we are not doing the resizing at the Pop-up store itself; it merely serves as a collection point for us. We will then pass it on to our craftsman do the resizing.

                                                               

                                                              Alternatively, you can mail it back to us.

                                                               

                                                              Please email us (contact@eclatbyoui.com) within 14 days upon receiving your merchandise and we will provide the instructions and mailing address.

                                                               

                                                              Shipping / Self-Collection

                                                              1. What are your shipping services and rates like?

                                                              We offer complimentary shipping for all Singapore & Malaysia customers with tracking details.

                                                              Worldwide shipping at a flat rate of SGD$25 with tracking details.

                                                               

                                                              1. How do I know if my order is ready for delivery?

                                                              Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification email with tracking details.

                                                               

                                                              1. How do I know if my order is ready for self-collection at the Pop-up store?

                                                              Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification email with the details on when to self-collect at the Pop-up store.

                                                               

                                                              Payment Modes

                                                              1. What are the payment modes accepted at the Pop-up?
                                                              Visa, Mastercard, PayNow & GrabPay.
                                                              Basically cashless.

                                                               

                                                              Gift Cards and Discount Codes

                                                              1. Can I purchase electronic Gift Cards at the Pop-up store?

                                                              Yes, you can purchase electronic Gift Cards at the Pop-up store and Online.

                                                               

                                                              1. Can I purchase physical Gift Cards?

                                                              No, we currently do not carry physical Gift Cards.

                                                               

                                                              1. Can the electronic Gift Cards and Discount Codes be used at the Pop-up store?

                                                              Yes, they can be used at the Pop-up store and Online.

                                                               

                                                              1. Can Gift Cards be used in conjunction with a Discount Code?

                                                              Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.

                                                               

                                                              1. Can a Gift Card be used more than once?

                                                              Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

                                                               

                                                              1. Can Gift Cards be reloaded?

                                                              No, you can't reload a gift card.

                                                               

                                                              1. Can more than one Gift Card be used towards a purchase?

                                                              Yes. You can redeem another gift card during checkout.

                                                               

                                                              1. Can a Gift Card be used to buy a Gift Card?

                                                              No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.
