When does the Pop-up store end?
- I do not know my ring size. Can I go to the Pop-up store to find out my ring size?
Yes, our staff will use the ring sizer to help measure your ring size.
- If I find that my purchased ring / bracelet is not the right size, what can I do?
- Do note that Rare Sizes are not eligible for a one-time complimentary resizing. (Rare Sizes: US2.5, US3, US3.5, US9, US9.5 & US10).
- There will be a resizing fee of $50 if there is a need to resize from any Rare Sizes.
- Email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 14 days upon receiving your merchandise. You will be given resizing instructions and a return address.
- Or, bring it down to our Pop-up store within 14 days upon receiving your merchandise.
- Can I bring my ring / bracelet to the Pop-up store to get it resized?

We offer complimentary shipping for all Singapore & Malaysia customers with tracking details.
Worldwide shipping at a flat rate of SGD$25 with tracking details.
