We offer a one-time complimentary resizing for all Eclat by Oui products – applicable within 14 days upon receiving diamond simulant items and 30 days upon receiving lab-grown diamond items.

• Simply email us at (contact@eclatbyoui.com) with your purchasing receipt and we will provide instructions and a return address. Alternatively, you may bring it down to our store at 313@somerset (with product in its full packaging).
• A resizing fee of SGD $55 will apply if diamond simulant products are not returned to us within 14 days upon receiving it.
• A resizing fee of SGD $95 will apply if lab-grown diamond products are not returned to us within 30 days upon receiving it.

We stand behind the quality of our pieces. Eclat by Oui offers a complimentary 6 or 12 months limited warranty on all purchases within the date you receive the item. (6-months for diamond simulants; 12-months for lab-grown diamonds)

• This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect and does not cover regular wear and tear, improper care, damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect or failed repair attempts.
• For any damages deemed a manufacturing defect or quality related issue, Eclat by Oui will repair the item or replace it (where appropriate) at no cost to you. Simply email us at (contact@eclatbyoui.com) with your purchasing receipt and we will provide instructions and a return address. Alternatively, you may bring it down to our store at 313@somerset (with product in its full packaging).
• For any damages deemed normal wear and tear, we will repair it at a flat service fee of SGD $55 or $95. ($55 for diamond simulants; $95 for lab-grown diamonds)
• For lab-grown diamonds, this warranty does not cover replacement of diamonds. Replacement of one pave diamond costs $20-$50, depending on size.
• Repairs will take approximately 3-5 weeks, depending on the severity of the damage.
• This warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: discoloration of precious metals caused by chemicals, make-up, immersion in pools and hot tubs, or bathing; prongs catching, wearing out, or bending over time, allowing a gemstone to fall out; loss of a gemstone caused by damage from everyday wear or from other damage.

After 6 or 12 months, we provide Lifetime Limited Warranty for all our products.

• This means that if there is any damage to the jewellery for any reason, we will repair it at a flat service fee of SGD $55 or $95. ($55 for diamond simulants; $95 for lab-grown diamonds)

To preserve the beauty and lustre of Eclat by Oui's jewellery, we strongly recommend customers to clean their jewellery once a week.

• If you would like your jewellery to be cleaned professionally by us, we provide complimentary lifetime cleaning for all our jewellery.
• Simply email us at (contact@eclatbyoui.com) and we will provide instructions and a return address. It will take approximately 3 weeks to receive the item back if you are mailing it to us.
• Alternatively, you may bring it down to our store at 313@somerset and it will take around 10-15mins.

This provides an additional 2-years of warranty on top of the default 1-year warranty given to Lab-grown diamonds. (Total 2+1 = 3 years).

By purchasing this Extended Warranty, you get a total of 3-years warranty per lab-grown diamond jewellery.

Within 3 years, it covers up to:

• 3 repairs
• 5 pave diamonds for 3 years
